WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
HOW MUCH NOTICE NEEDS TO BE GIVEN BEFORE I MOVE OUT?
All contracts are month-to-month. However we do require a 30-day notice before you move out.
WHAT TYPE OF DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO RENT A SPACE?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver's license, state ID, or passport).
DO I NEED TO SIGN A LONG TERM LEASE?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
Only credit cards and debit cards are accepted. You can pay in person or make a payment through our website.
You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checkings account monthly.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
VISA, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards.
DO YOU SELL BOXES AND STORAGE SUPPLIES?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH STORAGE SPACE I WILL NEED?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO STORE?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
DOES THERE HAVE TO BE SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE TO LET ME THROUGH THE SECURITY GATES?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
DO YOU HAVE HANDCARTS AND DOLLIES AVAILABLE AT YOUR FACILITY?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
We strive to keep our facility clean; therefore, please no trash dumping on the property. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. We do not provide a trash dumpster for tenant usage. Any tenant found to be leaving and/or dumping trash will be susceptible to a cleaning fee of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum.
No smoking or drinking alcohol on the property. This is a ZERO tolerance policy that will be enforced.
Any storage behind the gated area does not have 24-hour access. Anyone found on those premises after advertised accessible hours will be charged a fee of $150. Multiple offenders will be asked to vacate.
Please be respectful of other's people space and property. Do not block another tenant’s access.
Please limit any rowdy behavior or excessive noise. We want to be respectful of the nearby neighborhood.
Absolutely NO storing perishable goods of any kind. We do not want pests.
NO SPEEDING. We have a posted limit of 10 mph. Let’s keep everyone safe!
We ONLY accept debit/credit card as payment forms.
Your payment is due on the anniversary date of your original move-in, on a month-to-month basis.
We will not send you a bill pay reminder. You may pay online or, as we encourage, get set up on auto-pay.
If payment is not received by end of business day on the 5th day past your due date, you will be responsible for a $20 late fee, applied on the 6th day. Your gate access will be restricted until payment is received. Current tenants: please see our lease agreement for further details.
We do require a full 30-day notice, in writing and signed, for vacating.
If you have not vacated and/or informed us by the end of the month that is paid for, you are responsible for the next month's rental dues. We do not prorate.
Please make sure you take your lock with you! Any scheduled vacated unit left with a lock on it, will be assumed to still be occupied and monthly charges will occur.
Your security deposit is refundable so long as your account is in good standing, you have left your unit swept out, clean, damage free, and in the condition you rented it in. Deposit refunds are processed at the end of every calendar month.
