RULES/REGULATIONS
We strive to provide a safe, clean and secure storage facility. Please do not dump trash or pour out oil or grease on the property. We do not offer waste disposal for the tenants. The onsite dumpster is for the Storage Facility’s use Only. There will be a $150 dump fee assessed if you are caught using this dumpster for personal use.
Please be respectful……….do not block access to other tenants’ units or spaces.
Access through the security gates is 6am – 10pm. The security gates lock at 10pm. Please be aware of your time.
If you have not left the facility prior to 10pm, the gates will lock, and you won’t be able to get out. A $150 (first offense) fee will be assessed if Management must come to the facility to let you out. A $300 (second offense) fee will be assessed if Management must come to the facility a second time to let you out. A $500 (third strike) fee will be assessed if Management must come to the facility to let you out a third time. You will lose your ability to store your property at our facility and will be asked to move out.
NO alcohol, firearms or fireworks.
NO excessive noise or loud music.
NO Speeding. 10mph inside the security gates
Storing of perishables is strictly prohibited. We do not want vermin.
Per our lease agreement, we require proof of insurance and current registrations on all vehicles, RV’s, campers etc. stored at this facility.
Per our lease agreement, we require proof of contents insurance on property stored in our storage units. If you do not have content insurance, we can provide it for you at a reduced cost.
PAYMENTS/LATE FEES
We ONLY accept debit/credit card as payment forms.
Your payment is due on the 1st of every month and is on a month-to-month basis, WITH NO PRORATION UPON EARLY MOVE-OUT.
We will not send you a bill pay reminder. You may pay online or, as we encourage, get set up on auto-pay.
If payment is not received by end of business day on the 5th day past your due date, you will be responsible for a $30 late fee. Your gate access will be restricted until payment is received. Current tenants: please see our lease agreement for further details.
Per our lease, we require a 30-day written notice when planning to vacate. Please clean / sweep and remove all locks upon leaving. Deposits will be returned if unit is left clean and with no signs of damage.
VACATING
We do require a full 30-day notice, in writing and signed, for vacating.
If you have not vacated and/or informed us by the end of the month that is paid for, you are responsible for the next month's rental dues. We do not prorate.
Please make sure you take your lock with you! Any scheduled vacated unit left with a lock on it, will be assumed to still be occupied and monthly charges will occur.
Your security deposit is refundable so long as your account is in good standing, you have left your unit swept out, clean, damage free, and in the condition you rented it in. Deposit refunds are processed at the end of every calendar month.
